I think it's fraud, unless proven otherwise. One reason is that I got a hundred and five copies of the message from spammed addresses. Anything legal and above board and I never get more than three or four.
Two out of five.

Def a fraud!
My company (ART Holdings, Inc.) has owned Checktronic since 1993. AceChecktronic (whoever they are) is using our brand name and address in Dallas, Texas without authorization from us. We have nothing to do with them and have pursued them through legal means for over three years to stop their activiities using our name. You illustrate the problem of spam and fraud very well. It's awful.
I hope most people see them the way I do, as crooks.
It would of course help if the United States government actually had a law which canned spam instead of made it easier.
