Norway Consulting Group

Looks like a new version of the Swiss or Austrian scam has started based on a company called The Norway Consulting Group. I received 58 e-mails this morning offering me a part-time job transferring money to their clients.

I wouldn't bother as the domain you have to click is based in China.

If you are annoyed and have noting better to do, send them by post to your local Chinese embassy.

Which e-mail program do you use?

With Outlook 2003 the spam filter dumps them all in the Junk E-mail folder.

With earlier versions and programs like Thunderbird you can set a rule to select anything with "Norway Consulting" in the subject and dump it in the Junk.

Hope this helps.

Same as 'Bronsard Advantage' and 'Israel relocates to China':
This is a 'money mule' scam. The criminals put illegally obtained money in your account. You then take it out and transfer it back to them via Western Union or some other untraceable method. This is aka 'money laundering'. When the righful owners of the money start tracking it, the buck stops at your account. You will have to pay it all back and probably end up in jail. All highly illegal and certainly not recommended.
