Roman Frolov

 

This name keeps turning up in fraudulent scams on the Internet. It is also the name of someone who appears to be the genuine Chief Accountant of Rostelcom.

I suspect that there is no connection except that the fraudsters are using a real name for credibility.

So if you get an e-mail from Roman Frolov offering you a job then bin it. But if he was asking for accounting software, behave as you would with any other possible customer in Russia.
