I had six of these today.

For a start the address belonging to the post code, SM1 4TE, is actually one assigned to UCB Homeloans Corporation Ltd of 36 Sutton Court Road in Sutton. That doesn't look like Har Road. Does it?

The e-mail also came from rclevenger@austin.rr.com and asks you to reply to contact_wilson03@yahoo.it. That's Italy isn't it?

Fraud.
