Isn't it amazing that the Qualification Number is always the same?
At least it is in the reports I have seen on several other sites.
The email I received on 12/21/2007 also has the number of recipients pegged at 50 on one line and at 100 in a later sentence. Moreover, there is at least one glaring misspelling.

In conjunction with the ECOWAS, UNO and the EU, We are giving out a yearly donation of US$1,000,000.00 (One million, United States dollars only) each to 50 lucky recipients.
