It's fraud and I'll give them the usual one out of five.

Hello folks. I have also received this same email several times, purportedly through the Monster job search web site, and I found this page by Googling "Waller Truck Co"... I knew it was a scam of course, but I just wanted to see what others were saying about it. I love the slightly strangled subject line on the email: "Please, get acquainted with our vacancies and you will be our employee with a high payment!"
The search also turned up several pages about the real Waller Truck Co, including some complaints about their employment practices!
I have just picked up 3 all with the same message. Each one is from a different address and signed with a different name and the strange part is that each one is is NOT actually addressed to me, I don't recognise the addresses although they ended up in my Inbox, well Junk box actually. The one thing all 3 have in common is they are addressed to a name at btopenworld.com. Didn't fancy using their link to the company website so searched for Waller Truck Company and although I havn't looked at the site I came across this site and decided to pass on my experience

This is the first time I have read that the scammers used the name of a legitimate company. I read both the scam site and the site for Waller Truck Co.
The job offered by the scammer is that one would use your bank account to process payments. This implies that one would have to provide the bank account number. We can all guess what they do with the information...
Has anyone reported this scam to the FBI? I just received my second request to fill out an application. I recently put my resume on Monster and Career Builder and have received numerous responses...many of which sound like scams.
It's probably been reported and I don't think any law enfocement agency takes this sort of thing seriously.
The scam works like this: -
You are sent some smallish cheques, purportedly from customers, you pay them in at your bank, wait for them to clear, draw out the funds in cash (less 10% commission) and send the cash off to another address via Western Union. This cash can be withdrawn by anyone, at any Western Union office. This usually operates smoothly for a few weeks. You then find that you receive a foreign cheque for a relatively large sum of money. You pay it in, wait for it to clear, draw out the cash (less the commission) and send this off. Sadly though the cheque does not actually clear, but is usually returned approx 10 - 14 days later. Your account is now well overdrawn and the scammers have your money!
How do I know? No I'm not a scammer - my son-in-law is a police office.
What is hilarious is to read their "Agree to Terms and Conditions"......
Waller Truck Co., inc., hereinafter referred to as “Company”, in the person of Ms Cherry Macias, Chairman of board of the Directors, acting on the grounds of the bylaws of the Company, on one hand, and Applicant on the other hand, have concluded this agreement as follows:
1. Agreement subject
1.1. Applicant requests to be considered for a position of a regional manager in a Company Customer Service Department for implementing duties associated with:
Clinching of terminal trade deals with customers
Supervision of the deal through the banking system to its final destination
2. General conditions
2.1. Present agreement is not a Contract of Employment. The Agreement is nothing but Applicant’s expression of interest in a position offered. Applicant is considered to be an official employee of the Company only after execution of a Contract of Employment, signed by mutual consent.
2.2. Any of Applicants may be refused of employment without explanation for the reasons, according to the Bylaws of the Company.
2.3. While accomplishing his direct duties in accordance with present Agreement and a Contract of Employment, Applicant should proceed from the Bylaws of the Company.
2.4. Applicant, that has passed the interview successfully, is considered to become an official employee of the Company and reports directly to Ms Cherry Macias, the Chief Executive of Customer Service Department, as well as to Board of Directors of the Company.
2.5. Applicant is entitled and welcome to express any personal opinion of any issue regarding Company business activity.
4. Legal obligations of the parties.
(enter into force after execution of a Contract of Employment)
4.1 Employee is obliged to:
- perform following tasks in compliance with his post: supervision of customer advance payments and charges, settlements of current transactions, operations of forwarding the financial means to subsidiaries;
- perform his duties conscientiously and opportunely, show high professional level and perform tasks on time, adhere office regulations;
- take care of and insure safety of customer payments and other corporate property
- perform any tasks given by Board of Directors of the Company and his immediate supervisor
- not to disclose any confidential information or trade secrets, obtained while business cooperation from he immediate supervisor;
- inform Company managerial staff immediately, when discovered any breaches or Company property theft.
4.2 Company is obliged to:
- furnish Employee with tasks in compliance with the term of this Agreement, Contract of Employment and Bylaws of the Company;
- provide Employee with conditions of work, prerequisite to his duties’ performance in accordance with this Agreement, Contract of Employment and Bylaws of the Company, including placing all the necessary technical and financial means in good order at his disposal;
- comply with labour legislation and labour safety regulations;
-provide labour emolument conditions, legal working hours regulations and rest hours in compliance with this Agreement, Contract of Employment, Bylaws of the Company and current legislation;
- ensure constant raising level of Employee’s skills and professional development
5. Emolument of labour
5.1.Employee is guaranteed to be paid monthly salary of 10% per each complete new time dealing, for a conscientious performance of business duties during standard working hours.
5.2. In consequence with business activity, Employee is entitled to receive various increments, additional payments, bonuses and other financial incentives in accordance with current Company wage system.
6. Taxation.
6.1. Employee undertakes to pay taxes in correspondence with existing legislation.
6.2. Company undertakes to furnish Employee with W2 form and pay part of taxes for Employee in compliance with existing legislation
7. Leave of absence.
7.1. Employee is entitled for annual basic leave for a 21 calendar day period. Depending on his business results, Employee may be granted additional leave.
8. Social insurance and social security.
8.1.Employee is liable to obtain social insurance and social security package over a validity of a contract in accordance with existing labour and social security legislation.
9.Prolongation, alteration and termination of a Contract of Employment.
9.1. Alteration of terms and conditions, prolongation and termination of a Contract of Employment at any time is only possible under the agreement of both Employee and Company.
9.2. Contract of Employment is terminated upon expiration of its period. This regulation does not apply to cases, when business relations actually continue and neither of the parties claims for discharge. In this case, Contract of Employment is automatically extended with equal terms for an equal period of time.
9.3. Contract of Employment is liable to be terminated before appointed time on Employee’s initiative in the event of:
- his illness or disability, preventing him from performing established business duties;
- authorities’ labour legislation of Contract of Employment violation;
9.4. Contract of Employment is liable to be terminated before appointed time on Company’s initiative in the event of:
- changes in production or labour organization ( liquidation of Company; staff reduction, alteration in labour conditions, etc.)
- Employee nonconformity to business requisitions, established in a Contract of Employment, even without blaming actions from his side;
- Employee’s blaming actions ( systematic default of business obligations and other breaches of labour discipline, disclosure of trade secrets, breach of point 9.3. of this Agreement, larceny, etc.)
9.5. Dismissal on Company’s initiative is implemented on a basis of an appropriate report, done by the Executive of a Company organizational department, subject to all requirements of labour legislation.
10. Special conditions.
10.1. Vacancy offered is positioned as a second employment.
10.2. Employee is taken on hire for a 1 ( one) month period of probation before execution of a Contract of Employment.
10.3. Business functions, not stated by this Agreement and a Contract of Employment, are liable to be implemented by Employee within the Company only after a consent of the Company Organizational department Executive is given.
10.3. Employee is neither entitled to conclude any contracts or deals associated with operations stated in this Agreement and a Contract of Employment, nor implement any other business actions that can cause any damage or financial loss to the Company. Noncompliance with these conditions is a sufficient ground for Employee’s dismissal.
10.4. Both parties enter into obligations not to disclose conditions of this Agreement, Contract of Employment and Bylaws of the Company without obtaining mutual agreement.
10.5. Conditions of this agreement may be changed only after obtaining mutual agreement.
10.6. Both parties enter into obligations for implementation of terms of this Agreement in compliance with existing legislation.
10.7. Any disputes between Employee and Company are settled in order established by existing legislation.
11. Other conditions.
11.1 Facsimile copy of Agreement has legal force.
11.2 Scanned copy of Agreement has legal force.

My wife received the email mentioned above and forwarded it to me (she has never signed up to Monster or anything similar).
My first thought reading the email was "what a cheap fraud", so I googled for "Waller Truck email" which directed me to this page.

Even today, these people keep sending me e-mails about the position that they are offering.
I also received this email today, I forwarded it to my mail carrier and waller truck. Waller truck email is either down or rejecting all inboud emails.
I do not know who sent this or why I received it. My email is not the one in the TO field. I don`t beleive your company would be sending out an email from Temple5370@punkass.com . You may want to have somebody look into this. I sent a copy to my email provider.

The truth of the matter is, is that anyone attempting to receive foreign money then send it to another foreign country has now performed money laundering in the United States.. period. I had received these bogus money orders from a guy in Nigeria and took them straight to the post master general in my state, he told me how to tell if they were fake, then proceeded to tell me that if I had cashed them and forwarded the money back, I would have been charged with money laundering. Ignorance is NOT an excuse, however, most judges will not prosecute if you were just stupid.
The thing I want to know is how to get these jerks from infiltrating my outlook box! I get 3 or 4 a DAY and keep blocking them and setting up rules to keep them OUT of my box..nothing works. I went from SCC to some other company.. they ALL have the same damn letter. This is my work address and I am SICK of the e-mails. Anyone got any ideas or suggestions? HELP!
Today I got another e-mail from these people claiming to be Waller Truck.
THere is a note on the real waller truck site about the stolen site.
I've been getting at least 3 or 4 of these a day as well, and I'm in the UK. My CV is posted on Monster UK so that's probably why. They already go into my spam folder on AOL but it's good to have the scam confirmed by others.
I'm recieving these 'job offers' every day.

I found a way to send these directly to the Bin (or Trash) instead of the Spam folder - which requires affirmative action to delete. The solution only works with Google Mail (GMail), and it can be found here:

When I applied, the apllication asked for my bank account number; this is a big clue that this is a scam.
