Dear Mr ,
Thank you very much for acknowledging the receipt of my business proposal, do please be informed that the primary objective of my client is to secure this sum of US$ 10,500,000 from inflation through investment of a profitable nature in your country for a first period of Six (6) years.
To appoint you as a trustee whereby you will hold and manage the above stated fund/capital on behalf of my client. You can either use this fund as capital contribution to your already existing line of business or device entirely new project report/business plan for the investment of the fund in your country.
This sum of US$10,500,000 is presently deposited in cash with a safe custody services company in United Kingdom and my client intend to move the fund out of UK/Europe as quickly as we can both reach an agreement in principle to work on this project. The decision to immediately withdraw the fund under discussion from United Kingdom is informed by the political and economic crisis in Zimbabwe , especially the sanctions imposed on the government in Zimbabwe .
By the virtue of my client position as a key cabinet member of President Robert Mugabe led government, he is affected by sanctions imposed on the Zimbabwe regime by U.S and E. U governments. Their financial assets in Europe and United States of America are being targeted by the respective governments to be seized and frozen as means of enforcing regime change in Zimbabwe .
Thus, it is in our best interest to move this fund out of United Kingdom and secure it through investment that will bear good returns.
You will retain 25% of the total amount in deposit as your share, 5% has been set aside by my client for the mandatory expenses in the course of executing this business transaction, while the balance 70% will be invested in your country by you on behalf of my client for a first period of six years.
